  • 5 Sizes with lifting capacity 14000, 30000, 66000, 110000 and 218000 lbs ( 60, 130, 300, 500, 1000kN).
  • Single bevel gear ratio.
  • Two Pitches of Lifting Screw for slow & fast traverse.
  • Lifting speeds up to 520 in/min (13.2m/min).
  • Self locking Acme screw threads to ASTM standards.
  • Bevel gear box with oil splash lubrication.
  • One input shaft with up to 3 output shafts for multi jack system & connecting to motor, read out devices.
  • High efficiency ratings & long service life.
 
Materials of construction
 
  • For 14000 & 30,000 lbs, Housing is made of closed grain cast-iron, for higher sizes, SG 500/7 material.
  • Screw made of Cr-Mo medium Carbon Steel, hardened and tempered for high core strength.
  • Nut made of aluminum bronze to British Standard grade AB2.
  • Bevel gears Case hardened.
  • Tapered roller bearings to carry heavy Axial as well as radial loads.

Metric foot prints to match German models

Travelling screw (type 1), rotating screw (type 2), upright (design a), inverted (design b), anti turn, ant backlash, Anti turn + anti backlash
